25-26 PVHS Student Parking Pass

Parking at Prairie View is a privilege. 

In addition to completing this form, all students must provide the following documents: 1. Valid Drivers License (no permits allowed), 2. Current Proof of Insurance, 3. Current Vehicle Registration.  After you have completed the form and submitted your documentation, you will need to pay the bookkeeper $60.00 (cash or credit card only - no checks). Bring your receipt to the main office and once your paperwork is verified, you will receive your parking pass.
